Corps Says Without Lots More Rain Willamette Basin’s 13 Reservoirs Won’t Hit Target Elevations

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reservoir regulators think it’s unlikely that water levels at most of the Corps’ 13 reservoirs in western Oregon’s Willamette River basin will rise much beyond current levels — 3 to 28 feet below their target elevations — without significant additional rain.
