John Day River Habitat Restoration Efforts Show Increased Salmon Spawning

The Bonneville Power Administration and the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, along with state, federal and nongovernmental organizations recently celebrated a habitat restoration effort in eastern Oregon, a project that has increased chinook salmon spawning by 12 percent in just a few years.
