A Seattle U.S. District Judge upheld his own injunction that prohibits spraying certain pesticide ingredients, such as 2,4-D and diazinon, near salmon bearing streams in Oregon, Washington and California, while the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reviews with NOAA Fisheries a list of 54 chemicals.
