CHANNEL DEEPENING PROJECT COULD GET MONEY IN 2005 BUDGET
The Bush Administration has put the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Columbia River channel improvement project back into the 2005 federal budget, reversing an earlier ruling to not include any new Corps projects.
