Commerce, Interior Revoke Bush ESA Rule; Will Review Consultation Regulations
Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke and Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar this week announced that the two departments are revoking an eleventh hour Bush Administration rule that they say undermined Endangered Species Act protections.
