6. GROUPS ASK FOR JUDICIAL ACTION ON “WATER SPREADING”

Lawyers for fishing and conservation groups asked a federal judge on
Friday to order the Bureau of Reclamation to stop delivering irrigation
water to unauthorized farmland in the Northwest.
