NEW SPILLWAY WEIR AT LOWER MONUMENTAL DELAYED UNTIL FALL

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said this week there will be a delay in the installation of the planned removable spillway weir (RSW) at Lower Monumental Lock and Dam, near Kahlotus, Wash., on the lower Snake River.
