NOAA KICKS OFF CRITICAL HABITAT PROCESS FOR FIVE SPECIES

NOAA Fisheries formally reopened its critical habitat designation process with an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published in the Federal Register on Sept. 29.
