Spring Fish Operations: Spill At Snake River Dams Starts Sunday, Lower Columbia Dams April 10

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said this week it will begin implementing its 2011 Spring Fish Operations Plan for spring migration to help Columbia River Basin juvenile salmon and steelhead migrate to the ocean.
