U.S., Canada Issue Report Launching Discussion Of Future Scenarios For Columbia River Treaty
The U.S. and Canadian “entities” responsible for implementing the Columbia River Treaty issued a report today that they say launches the discussion about how the treaty will be changed in 2024, and/or if it will even exist.
