Umatilla Tribes Use BPA Funds To Acquire Acreage To Improve Spawning, Rearing For Endangered Salmon

A 545-acre parcel located about 2.5 miles southeast of Union in northeast Oregon is being purchased by the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation to repair and protect habitat for fish and wildlife.
