Washington Ecology Department Petitioned To Ease Dissolved Gas Cap To Allow More Spill For Fish

Fishing and conservation groups this week asked the Washington Department of Ecology to ease its totaled dissolved gas restrictions so that hydro projects on the Snake and Columbia rivers can spill more water to help downstream passage of juvenile salmon and steelhead that are listed under the Endangered Species Act.
