NOAA, EPA Seek Public Comment To ‘Disapprove’ Oregon Coastal Nonpoint Pollution Program

NOAA and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency this week announced the opening of a 90-day public comment period on the agencies’ proposal to “disapprove” Oregon’s coastal nonpoint pollution control program.
