The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Walla Walla District announced last week that it will accept through Aug. 28 public comments on an environmental assessment and draft “finding of no significant impact” for the Lower Snake River Fish and Wildlife Compensation Plan Wildlife Riparian Habitat Planting Plan.
