Fish Passage Center: Sticking With ‘Spread-The-Risk’ Better Than Ending Spill, Upping Barging

NOAA Fisheries Service says the elimination of spill this spring at three Snake River dams would reduce risks faced by outmigrating wild juvenile steelhead and spring/summer chinook salmon during what is expected to be a low-flow year.
