Anglers Get First Shot At Fall Chinook Aug. 1; New Conservation Measures In Place

Anglers at the Columbia River mouth will get the first shot at returning fall chinook salmon this year with the Buoy 10 fishery opening Aug. 1 and stretching throughout the month while lower river fishers remain idled until Sept. 1.
