Corps Signs Record Of Decision For Kootenai River Flood Control Strategy

A record of decision signed earlier this month made official the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ intent to continue implementation of a flood control strategy at Montana’s Libby Dam that the agency says more reliably supplies spring and summer flows down through the Kootenai-Columbia river system while also better assuring higher reservoir elevations in summer.
