GREGOIRE SEEKS FUNDING FOR DROUGHT ACTION; WATER STORAGE

Washington Gov. Christine Gregoire Friday (March 18) asked the
Legislature for a $12 million fund to “take action right now to respond
quickly and effectively to Washington’s drought conditions.”
