Groups Challenge Lake Roosevelt Drawdown, Water Rights In Federal Court

A pair of environmental groups on Monday filed a lawsuit aimed at stopping the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation from drawing down the mid-Columbia River’s Lake Roosevelt more deeply in summer.
