New Commander Named To Head Army Corps’ Northwestern Division

At a change of command ceremony today, Col. Anthony C. Funkhouser assumed command of the Northwestern Division office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He succeeds Col. Robert A. Tipton who served as commander since the retirement of Brig. Gen. John R. McMahon last month.
