River watchers will soon have a chance to see a spillway weir – structures developed to allow juvenile salmon and steelhead a more natural passage route at federal dams — as the latest is transported from Portland up the Columbia and Snake rivers to Lower Monumental Lock and Dam where the weir will be installed.
