NOAA DESIGNATES FISH HABITAT THAT PROHIBITS BOTTOM TRAWLING

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has approved a plan to establish and protect more than 150,000 square miles of marine waters off the West Coast as Essential Fish Habitat.
