States Set To Resume Sea Lion Trapping, Facilities Show Less Interest In Accepting

The states of Oregon and Washington are set to resume a sea lion trapping effort that was halted last spring amidst a swirl of legal arguments and after the unintended deaths of six of the big marine mammals.
