USFWS Revises Critical Habitat Designation For Canada Lynx, Revises ‘Distinct Population Segment’

After more than a year of gathering public input and conducting scientific analysis, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced Thursday that it has revised Endangered Species Act protections for the Canada lynx, a species that roams parts of Idaho, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Washington and Wyoming.
