USFWS To Test Lethal Removal Of Newly Arrived Barred Owls To Protect Listed Northern Spotted Owl

As part of an effort to help recover the threatened northern spotted owl, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing to conduct lethal and non-lethal removal of barred owls from four test areas in the Pacific Northwest.
